However, please note that:

• Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings
• Product dimensions are approximate

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made for that item.

Placing an item in your shopping basket does not reserve the item or price. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Knitwear & Cashmere (due to delicate fabric nature)
• All earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• Hats & Gloves (once original packaging is opened)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
3. Ship the item(s) with the authorisation number clearly marked on the package

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items (typically within 5-7 business days). Please allow:

• 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds
• 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds
